Fairly Fairy
Ok now... gosh, this is so exciting, my first post in my new blog!!!!!
Kinda pathetic if that's about the only excitment in your life, no?
I have another blog, a blog that's really private and personal, a.k.a. is full of R(A) content, and only accessible to one other person to read.
But I've been blog-reading for a while now, and the idea of having a blog open to the public was appealling.
I've always wanted to be a journalist, or to have my own little column... be like Richard Tan, Sumiko Tan, or Mr Brown... where you have this space in the papers to write about anything (almost!). It has this element of power which I find really sexy and appealing; what can I say? I am human, and we humans are power-crazy beings.
But since it's not easy to get your piece in the papers, one has just got to find other means. I'm not all that boring a person... I had an article published in the then Sunday Plus donkey years ago, a lovely time corresponding with Richard tan.. and that's about it. So one just has to find alternative means.
So here I am.
Rest assured, this blog will probably still have some R(A) content; in SG almost everything is considered R(A) and sent to the censors.
But more than that, I'm going to use this blog for the silly airy-fairy thoughts of mine.
Bear in mind, i'm not some egoistic being who just wants loads of people to read the crap i put here... well, ok, i'm egoistic, but not THAT egoistic. If people dun like what they see here, fine, go away. This is a journal... and you can read it if you want, and either like or hate me... or you can just leave me alone and I'll be content to have somewhere to dump my thoughts.
