First attempt at sushi-making today was a success! My sushi rolls look like, and taste like the ones people pay lots of money to buy for consumption.
The tempura attempt wasn't really fantastic though... Banter has to be kept at a certain temperature, and the oil cannot be too hot when I'm still getting used to my stove. I mean, it still tasted good, but it just didn't look as good.
AND... I think the time at the stove has brought my fever back :p
Poping a pill then sleeping early! Work tomorrow!
